SERVICE AGREEMENT

The following terms govern all childcare services arranged through SuiteSitters. By booking a service, the client acknowledges and accepts these conditions in full.

SITTER PLACEMENT

SuiteSitters will make every reasonable effort to match qualified childcare providers to each client's request. Placement is subject to availability at the time of booking.

RATES & PRICING

Standard rates are as follows:

• $35.00 per hour for one child

• $5.00 per hour for each additional sibling, up to a maximum of three children

• A minimum of four consecutive hours is required per booking

• Holiday rates and children with special needs are priced separately (see Section 4)

• A credit card processing fee of 4% applies to all transactions

• Clients are responsible for the sitter's valet parking costs, when applicable

CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard cancellation:

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a standard booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $120.00 charge to the credit card on file.

HOLIDAY RATES & POLICIES

a) Time and a half applies on the following dates:

Valentine's Day (after 4 PM), Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (after 4 PM), Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

For these dates, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a $200.00 charge.

b) New Year's Eve (after 4 PM):

Rates for New Year's Eve are $75.00 per hour for one child and $15.00 per hour for each additional sibling, up to three children. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to the total.

Cancellation policy for New Year's Eve: a non-refundable booking fee of $50.00 is charged at the time of reservation. Any cancellation received within 72 hours of the scheduled service will result in an additional $250.00 charge.

ADDITIONAL FEES

The following surcharges apply under specific circumstances:

• Last-minute requests (made 8 hours or less before service): $50.00 fee

• Shared sitter arrangements: $15.00 per hour added to the total

• Late-night service (after 1 AM): $15.00 per hour added to the total

• Overnight service (12 AM to 6 AM): flat $50.00 additional fee

RESERVATION CHANGES

One complimentary change to the date, time, or location of a booking is allowed per reservation. Any subsequent modifications will incur a $25.00 change fee per request.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

Off-premises policy:

SuiteSitters childcare providers are not permitted to take children outside of the hotel property or residential premises during the service period under any circumstances.

Pool & water activities:

Sitters may accompany children to pool areas only with prior written authorization from the parent or legal guardian. This permission must be provided before the session begins.

NON-CIRCUMVENTION

All childcare providers referred or introduced through SuiteSitters are exclusively contracted through our organization. Clients agree not to directly hire, contract, or refer any SuiteSitters provider to a third party without prior written consent from SuiteSitters management. Violation of this clause may result in a placement fee equivalent to 20% of a one-year salary estimate.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By confirming a booking, the parent or legal guardian voluntarily releases SuiteSitters and, where applicable, the hotel or residential property, from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities — whether known or unknown — arising in connection with the childcare services provided. This release applies to both the parent/guardian and the child in their care.
